Liquid Face Lift

Over the years, the aging face suffers a loss of bony support over the cheeks and around the nose. These changes combined with the loss of collagen and elastin contribute to sagging facial features.  This loss of facial volume and elasticity lead to the formation of wrinkles, creases and folds.  The face loses its youthful appearance with perky cheeks and supple skin.

Traditionally, these changes were treated with extensive face lift surgeries that attempted to pull skin back tight over the face. These surgeries, in addition to their extensive recovery time, risks, and cost, also neglect the underlying volume loss that contributes to the appearance of the aging face resulting in an artificial windswept appearance.

During the past few years, new technologies have evolved for treating wrinkles with newly FDA-approved liquid dermal fillers and BOTOX® injections.  New and refined injection techniques have since been developed focusing on lifting and restoring the youthful contours of the face, with an ancillary benefit of wrinkle reduction (rather than the other way around).  This has spawned a revolutionary new approach in treating sagging facial features, which we call a Liquid Face Lift. 

The Liquid Face Lift is performed in the office under local anesthesia with minimal pain and discomfort. The procedure normally takes 1-2 hours with a short recovery time. Clients typically report looking 5 to 10 years younger.
